This is a great tour for those arriving by cruise ship to Taino Bay or Amber Cove as well as those staying overnight in Puerto Plata, Santiago, Sosua or Cabarete.

Are there any health restrictions for this tour?

The tour is not recommended for pregnant women or participants with heart complaints, back problems, or those using wheelchairs or walkers or unable to climb several flights of stairs. Safety is our top priority, and we want to ensure everyone has a memorable experience without any risks. Maximum weight is 260 lbs.

What should I bring on this tour?

We recommend packing swimwear, a towel, comfortable sport shoes (NOT flip flops), a t-shirt, shorts/pants, a change of clothes, sun protector, insect repellent, and a waterproof camera.

Where will you pick me up for my tour?

Pickup from cruise ports is just outside the port gates, typically about a 10 minute walk from the cruise ship. Hotel or Airbnb pickups will be coordinated during the booking process, before your tour date.

Your tour costs are refundable if canceled 24 hours before the tour departure. If booking using the Book Now, Pay Later option, the 5% deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
